Destiworld reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel reservations in its sole discretion. Both you and Destiworld acknowledge and agree that no partnership is formed and neither you nor Destiworld has the power or the authority to obligate or bind the other.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Miami, Florida. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Destiworld, and are accepted by you upon your use of the Site or your account. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Destiworld regarding the use of the Site and your account.
