Terms & Conditions: Offer valid for any group not yet booked or confirmed with DestiWorld when group leader signs and maintains a group contract between July 1, 2023 - July 31, 2023 for 10 or more paid and traveled rooms with a 3-night minimum per room for travel from July 1, 2023 - December 20, 2024.
The credit earned by the group leader will be based upon the number of fully paid and traveled rooms per group, with a 3-night minimum stay per room. Complimentary "comp" rooms/passengers earned from hotel promotions are not considered paid and traveled rooms and will NOT count towards the total number of paid and traveled rooms needed in this promotion. For example: if a group size is 10 rooms and the hotel offers one free room for every 10 booked, the total number of paid and traveled rooms that will count towards this promotion is 9. In addition, canceled rooms, with or without insurance, will also not count towards the total number of paid and traveled rooms booked in this promotion.
Group leader will receive a $100 credit when booking 10-14 paid and traveled rooms, a $150 credit when booking 15-25 paid and traveled rooms and a $250 credit when booking 26-40 paid and traveled rooms.
Credit amounts are not earned cumulatively. The applicable credit amount will be applied to the room portion of the group’s travel invoice at the time of final payment. If the qualifying tier changes at the time of travel as a result of cancellations and/or complimentary rooms/nights/passengers, the group leader will be responsible for any balance owed. The balance due will be taken from the complimentary rooms/nights/passengers earned and/or collected from the group leader. If the amount of the credit exceeds the total amount of the group leader’s room portion of their reservation, no cash refund will be given. Credit is non-transferable and cannot be used towards a future trip. Offer combinable with other current resort promotions, if applicable but restrictions may apply. Group leader must book their room reservation within the DestiWorld group contract to receive all promotion benefits. Only guest rooms booked within the group contract will count towards earning the credit. Applicable to US residents whose travel originates from US cities only.
